Makes unrealistic, self-serving projections (predictions about welcome by Iraqis), and when test markets show customers are dissatisfied (truth about welcome by Iraqis). he changes his stated goals to fit the results. (Find wmd - mass graves. Free US from terror - Iraq from Saddam.) He hands our fat contracts to friends, with no public bidding process (Halliburton), has difficulty working with others (United Nations), and his PR blunders hurt the brand name in international markets (Stop U.S. Imperialism). Reward him with expanded powers and an unlimited budget and time frame?
